River’s first television series, “Take My Wife” premiered as a critical hit and was reviewed by Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Vulture, IndieWire and countless other outlets. River was a recurring performer on the TruTv series “Adam Ruins Everything,” and a recurring guest star on seasons 2 and 3 of the Freeform series “Good Trouble”. His first standup album, “Butcher”, debuted at number one on iTunes, as did his follow up album "Pull Yourself Up By Your Bootleg." Their baseball and life podcast “Three Swings” was reviewed by Deadspin and appeared at the Apple Keynote. River was also named one of Variety’s Top Ten Comics To Watch 2017 at the Just For Laughs festival. He's also written for A League of Their Own and the upcoming Belated for FX.
